By using Claryon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using Claryon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License to Use the App

Claryon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not give you any ownership or right to distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the app. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any unlawful or prohibited manner.
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance.
• Distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the app available to third parties without authorization.

3. User Permissions

Claryon requires certain permissions to function properly:

• Photos: To scan for and remove duplicate or unwanted files.
• Contacts: To identify and merge duplicate contacts.
• Storage: To remove unnecessary files and free up space on your device.

By granting these permissions, you provide consent for the app to access and modify this data.

4. User Content & Privacy

You retain full ownership of the data on your device. Claryon does not store or transfer your content without explicit permission. We will only access your data when necessary for app functionality, and we will not use it for any purpose other than improving your user experience.

5. Subscription & Payment

Claryon offers both free and premium features through a subscription model.

• Subscription Types: We offer various subscription options, including weekly and monthly plans.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings at any time.

6. App Updates

From time to time, Claryon may release updates to improve functionality, add new features, or fix bugs. By using the app, you agree to receive these updates automatically. You can choose to disable automatic updates in your device settings, but doing so may affect app performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Claryon is provided "as-is," and we make no warranties regarding its functionality, accuracy, or reliability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including loss of data or device performance issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Claryon if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful activity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the app.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claryon, its affiliates, and its service providers from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes or claims will be resolved in the courts located in your jurisdiction.
